MAS Fabric Park equipped with a state-of-the-art centralized kitchen facility, with a capacity to serve over 9000+ employees. All meals are prepared to the highest industry standards in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
A centralized fire hydrant system is in place to counter fire emergencies. It consists of a diesel fire engine with 250 horsepower which has the capacity to douse any fire emergencies within the park. The system comprises a Jockey pump, an electrically driven pump, and a stand-by pump to quench a fire.
An access control system is in place in order to ensure security within the park. All production plants in the park are equipped with access control systems & fire alarm systems. COVID-19 prevent measures implemented across the park.
MAS Fabric park develops and implements proper waste management systems satisfying diverse regulations and standards of the reputed governing bodies. The waste is separated into categories of Solid, E-waste, Emissions and the actions are taken for disposing of this waste in an environmentally friendly manner with the assistance of reputed waste handlers aligning to the imposed rules and standards of proper waste management.
MAS Fabric park offers ancillary services relating to banking & postal facilities such as ATMs, courier services, conventional postal services & exclusive banking promotions. Season promotions are also carried out in collaboration with leading life-style brands in order to establish convenience purchasing platforms for employees.
24/7 St. John Ambulance service is available with two trained members to provide medical comfort for all emergencies within MAS Fabric Park.
